EM Hygge Rengøring provides professional cleaning services in Denmark. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between the customer and EM Hygge Rengøring.
1. Scope of services
EM Hygge Rengøring delivers professional cleaning services in Denmark. The specific task and its scope are set out in the written quote or booking confirmation that the customer receives before work begins.
By accepting a quote or booking confirmation, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.
2. Quotes and basis of agreement
All services are delivered on the basis of a written quote or booking confirmation. Price and scope are agreed before work starts.
If additional services beyond the agreement are requested, this may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation policy
Cancellation or rescheduling of a booking must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed time.
In case of cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, EM Hygge Rengøring reserves the right to refuse future bookings.
4. Access and customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
• Providing access to the property at the agreed time
• Ensuring safe working conditions
• Arranging necessary parking permits or covering parking costs
If access is not provided as agreed, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.
5. Satisfaction guarantee
We strive to deliver cleaning services of high quality.
If the customer is not satisfied, this must be reported within 24 hours of the work being completed. We will then return and remedy the relevant areas at no extra cost.
The guarantee applies only to the originally agreed scope of work.
6. Limitation of liability
EM Hygge Rengøring is insured and exercises due care in the performance of the work.
We are not, however, responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from defects in installations or materials
• Items that are not properly secured or stored
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Payment terms
Payment terms are set out in the quote or invoice.
Failure to pay within the agreed deadline may result in reminder fees and interest in accordance with applicable Danish law.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
9. Changes
EM Hygge Rengøring reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. The current version will be available on the website or provided on request.
